In this class Steph Lawshe from Sweet Little Morsels, LLC will teach you how to cover a cake with fondant and achieve clean/straight edges. She will also share some tips, tricks and a few simple design techniques. This is a great class for beginners and bakers who still have trouble working with fondant and covering cakes. Students will be provided with fondant, a cake dummy to cover and take home after the class. All items and tools needed to cover your cake will be provided for use during the class only. Students will receive a 5% discount on all purchases at Fran's Cake and Candy Supplies on the day of the class. Available for students ages 16+ - Beginner to intermediate Class requires a minimum of 2 students and there is a maximum of 5 students. In the event of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund. Changes/cancellations are permitted up to 7 days before the class.
